A notice to our patients about how we are keeping you safe

In these uncertain times, your safety is our utmost concern. You may be hesitant to seek medical care, but rest assured that we are uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality care while minimizing exposure to infection. Here’s how…

Our Patients

We are taking extra precautions to pre-screen patients prior to their arrival at the center. We are rescheduling any patient who does not meet our strict health guidelines.

Patients will need to wear a protective covering over the nose and mouth, such as bandana, scarf or mask. We have closed our waiting room at this time to limit patient-to-patient contact prior to seeing the doctor. We ask that our patients call our office when they arrive for their appointment, wait in their cars, and a technician will call each patient to enter the building when they are ready.

Patient escorts will be asked to wait in their cars during all appointments unless they are needed to answer questions or assist the patient.  If a patient escort needs to enter the building, they must undergo the same health screening patients will be subject to and follow all applicable center safety measures.

Our Staff

All staff are screened at the beginning of each day and sent home if they are experiencing symptoms.

You will notice all staff wearing masks at all times. Social distancing measures have been implemented. We are limiting the number of patients scheduled at one time to allow patients to remain distant from each other. We have minimized patient touch points including elimination of a sign-in board with shared pen. We ask that you bring your own pen if you need to fill out paperwork. Our pens will be sanitized after patient use.

Our Center

We follow nationally recommended best practices to keep our centers clean and safe.

Only EPA-registered cleaning products are used. Exam rooms are cleaned and sanitized between each patient including exam equipment, chairs, door handles and countertops.

Hand Sanitizer is available for use at our front desk and in each exam room for patient use upon request.

Lastly, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call our office at 561-624-7878

NOTE: If you are having flu-like symptoms, such as fever, chills, muscle aches, difficulty breathing, recent cough, headache, sore throat or a sudden loss of taste or smell shortness of breath, please call 911 and seek emergency care.
