A notice to our patients about how we are keeping you safe
In these uncertain times, your safety is our utmost concern. You may be hesitant to seek medical care, but rest assured that we are uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality care while minimizing exposure to infection. Here’s how…
Patients will need to wear a protective covering over the nose and mouth, such as bandana, scarf or mask. We do offer outdoor seating and have limited the number of patient in our waiting room. If a patient escort needs to enter the building, they must undergo the same requirements as the patient.
You will notice all staff wearing masks at all times. Social distancing measures have been implemented. We are limiting the number of patients scheduled at one time to allow patients to remain distant from each other. We have minimized patient touch points including elimination of a sign-in board with shared pen. We ask that you bring your own pen if you need to fill out paperwork. Our pens will be sanitized after patient use.
We follow nationally recommended best practices to keep our centers clean and safe. Only EPA-registered cleaning products are used. Exam rooms are cleaned and sanitized between each patient including exam equipment, chairs, door handles and countertops. Hand Sanitizer is available for use at our front desk and in each exam room for patient use upon request.
